Program description
Buckeye Exterior Lighting operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers in Central Ohio. Depending on which consent you provide, messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, installation and service updates, and seasonal promotional offers.
How to opt in
You may opt in through the chat widget on buckeyeexteriorlighting.com, by providing verbal consent during a phone call or on-site visit, or by written consent on a service agreement. Consent is never required in order to purchase any product or service, and any consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages related to an active quote or scheduled job, and, if you have separately consented, occasional promotional messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Buckeye Exterior Lighting does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us directly to be removed.
